TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT)

JOB OVERVIEW Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitative care, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall functional outcomes.

POSITION DETAILS

• Location: Canaan, CT• Specialty: Physical Therapist (PT)• Assignment Length: 14 Weeks• Start Date: 01 August 2026• End Date: 31 October 2026

SHIFT DETAILS

Number of Shifts: 5 x 7.5-Hour Shifts Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Meal Break: 30 Minutes

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week Pay Rate: $58.80 - $68.60 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Physical Therapist (PT) Active Physical Therapist License

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Increased Rate Assignment• State or federal ID may be required• Rehabilitation therapy assignment• Opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary care team• Travel opportunity available for qualified candidates• 35 guaranteed hours per week• Day shift schedule, Monday-Friday preferred based on facility needs
