Physical Therapist (PT) - Contract OpportunityPOSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract opportunity within a rehabilitation-focused healthcare environment. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.

- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, mobility training, balance training, and functional rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families regarding recovery goals and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Rehabilitation-focused healthcare environment.
- Day shift assignment.
- 35 guaranteed hours per week.
- 30-minute meal break included.
- Registry personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) License
