• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited physical therapy program at a college or university
• Certifications Requirements: Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Arizona, Current CPR certification
• Experience Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care environment, Six months of relevant experience preferred
• Other Requirements: Ability to work day shifts, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to adapt to different clinical settings
