Job Description

OverviewOutpatient Physical Therapist — Travel, Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This travel assignment begins 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks in a hospital-based outpatient setting. Earn 2,177–2,274 per week with guaranteed 38 hours per week on a 10-hour shift (4-10s with alternating weekdays). The role focuses on evaluating and treating a variety of outpatient diagnoses to restore strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and functional independence.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: 2,177–2,274 per week- Guaranteed hours: 38 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 4-10s, alternating weekdays- Start date: 05/26/2026- Setting: hospital-based outpatient physical therapy- Housing opportunity: available housing for travelers near the assignment, based on availability- Support: dedicated travel support and resources for the assignmentResponsibilities- Evaluate patients to determine appropriate outpatient physical therapy treatment plans- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting strength, ROM, balance, safety, and function- Administer therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress toward goals- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and home safety strategies- Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communication with the care team- Collaborate with other rehabilitation and medical staff to coordinate care and discharge planningRequirements- Bachelor's degree in physical therapy- Current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact for Colorado- At least two years of PT experience; 3–5 years preferred- BLS through the American Heart Association- Ability to work in a hospital outpatient setting- Radius rule: traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the assignment siteBenefits and Support- Housing assistance: housing options available within close proximity to the assignment- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Fast credentialing to begin clinical work promptly- Extension opportunities beyond the initial assignment- Dedicated support throughout the assignment- Nationwide assignments available through the organizationFind more opportunitiesIf you’re open to other travel therapy openings, you can explore additional opportunities at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPAY DISCLAIMERPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
