OverviewPhysical Therapist | Skilled Nursing Facility | Puyallup, Washington | Start November 30, 2026 | 13-week travel assignment | 35 guaranteed hours per week | Shift 5x8 days (08:00–16:30) | LTC - Nursing Home setting.
