OverviewPhysical Therapist | Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Fairmont, West Virginia. Start date 06/29/2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay $2,233-$2,345 per week, guaranteed hours 35 per week, shift 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Employment type: Travel- Temporary Assignment.
