TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPY - 800AM - 5:00PM - 40 hours 13 weeks Unit Information: Gainesville Hospital Rehab Unit (PT #76662) Facility: Gainesville Hospital Address: 4094 SW 41st Blvd Gainesville, FL 32608 Floor: 2nd Building: Main Hospital Cost Center: 76662 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds: 30 Number of Staff: 22 Type of Staff: PT/OT/SLP/Tech o Day Shift: Day Shift only o Night Shift: Patient Ratios 7:1 Type of Equipment: Typical IPR Gym equipment: Balance, Gait Systems Documentation System: Meditech (Expanse) Call Requirements: Weekend rotation Typical Hiring Profile Must have: (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH) BLS List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): Patient Evaluations, ADLS,Transfers,Family/Patient Education, Gait, Therex, Functional Training,etc. Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently) New Hospital and Unit Start up 5/5 Dress Code: Scrub Color Light Gray Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, etc. #PHYTH1 #TB_HC #ZRHC
