OverviewSMH Allied Cath Lab Tech. Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS) traveling assignment in Rochester, New York. Start date: 04/13/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,831–$2,878 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 10-hour shifts. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a hospital setting.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,831–$2,878 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts with on-call requirements- Start date: 04/13/2026- Travel assignment in a hospital setting- No guaranteed hoursResponsibilities- Prepare the procedure room and sterile field for invasive cardiac procedures; set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment.- Anticipate equipment needs during procedures, operate equipment, and maintain sterile instruments.- Function in multiple roles within the procedure team, including scrub, circulator, and documenter/monitor.- Support right- and left-heart hemodynamics, cardiac interventions (PCI, CTO, Pericardiocentesis), vascular interventions, and related technologies.- Assist with mechanical circulatory support and structural heart cases as needed (ECMO, Impella, IABP; TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO/ASD/VSD as applicable).- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate documentation; ensure equipment readiness and post-procedure cleanup.Requirements- RCIS certification through CCI or ARRT, or eligibility/occurrence under NYS Public Health Law 2824 grandfathering- BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)- COVID-19 vaccination proof- Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience- Ability to work 10-hour shifts in a travel assignment and function in scrub, circulator, and monitor/documenter roles as requiredBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated assignment support throughout the assignment- Fast credentialing and onboarding assistance- Extension opportunities after the initial contract- Nationwide travel assignmentsFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other openings, apply for additional opportunities at Healthforce Healthcare LLC: https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
