Job Description

OverviewCath Lab Tech – Cardiac Diagnostic & Interventional in Rochester, NY, United States. Start date 06/08/2026 for a travel temporary assignment in a cardiac catheterization lab setting. Work four 10-hour shifts (07:00–17:30) with on-call requirements. Compensation ranges from $3,022 to $3,235 per week. This assignment is a travel role through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $3,022–$3,235 per week- Shift: 4 × 10-hour days (07:00–17:30)- Start date: 06/08/2026- Setting: Cardiac catheterization lab (diagnostic & interventional)- On-call required; floating to other units as needed- Travel assignment; first-time travelers accepted; local candidates not accepted (within 75 miles)Responsibilities- Serve as scrub and room circulator in diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures- Perform left- and right-heart catheterizations; PCI/PTCA; stent placement; device/closure implants- Assist with IABP placement/removal and rotablator atherectomy as indicated- Maintain sterile technique and sterile field; equipment setup and prep for procedures- Monitor patient status during procedures; assist with imaging and rhythm interpretation as needed- Document procedures in EPIC; ensure accurate charting and timely communication of findingsRequirements- Active New York state license in hand at submission- ACLS and BLS certifications required- ARRT (R) preferred; RCIS acceptable if ARRT not available (only one RCIS allowed on-call at a time)- Minimum 1 year cath lab experience- EPIC charting experience required- Ability to work in a cardiac cath lab setting and float to other units as neededBenefits and Support- Dedicated account manager for this assignment- Recruitment and travel coordination support- Credentialing and onboarding assistance- Ongoing support from the recruitment team throughout the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore additional openings, apply at Healthforce Healthcare’s opportunities page: https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
