OverviewCT Technologist (CT Tech) – Radiology travel assignment in Rochester, NY. Start date May 18, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,393–$2,537 per week. Shift: 12-hour days on a Fri–Sun schedule (7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.) with on-call/callback, holidays, and occasional weekends. Hospital setting performing diagnostic imaging in the radiology department. This is a travel temporary assignment with non-guaranteed hours.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,393–$2,537 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 3x12-hour shifts Fri–Sun, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m.; on-call/callback; holidays and occasional weekends- Start date: May 18, 2026- Location: Rochester, NY- Travel assignment in a hospital radiology departmentResponsibilities- Confirm patient identity and exam verification prior to initiating the scan; adhere to safety policies and procedures- Coordinate with physicians to provide diagnostic imaging results- Prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and address patient comfort- Insert IVs when necessary for the test and administer injections per protocol- Position patients and assist with safe patient handling, including mobility support- Document all required information in EPIC; ensure images are correctly sent to the PACS system- Maintain a clean, safe scanning environment and comply with department standardsRequirements- NYS licensure in Radiologic Technology; licensure must be obtained prior to starting- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology- BLS certification from the American Heart Association- Completion of formal training in an approved School of Radiologic Technology- Two (2) years CT experience; Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred- Telemetry experience- NYS injection therapy certification required on the license at time of submission- Injection certification preferred; willing to complete during orientation- Knowledge of Philips and Siemens equipment preferredBenefits and Support- Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment- Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate start- 24/7 support during the assignment- Travel coordination and scheduling assistanceFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other openings available through Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
