Job Description

OverviewRadiology / Cardiology - CT Tech in Westwood, New Jersey, US. This travel assignment starts on 04/13/2026 and runs for multiple weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,028 to $2,134, with a 5x8 evening shift. The role is in a radiology department focusing on CT imaging. Locals within 50 miles are not accepted.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,028–$2,134 (per week)- Start date: 04/13/2026- Guaranteed hours: none- Contract duration: Weeks (travel assignment)- Shift: 5x8 Evenings- Travel setting: CT-focused radiology department; Siemens equipment on site- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays with on-site modulesResponsibilities- Perform standard CT imaging protocols (head, chest, abdomen/pelvis) using Siemens GoTop (ER) and Siemens Somatom Definition (Main)- Conduct vascular/CTA studies (e.g., pulmonary embolism evaluation, aorta) and coronary CTA as indicated- Apply advanced post-processing techniques (3D rendering, MPR, ROI measurements) for diagnostic interpretation- Assist with interventional procedures involving CT guidance (e.g., biopsies, drainages) as needed- Administer contrast and establish/maintain IV access; manage patient comfort and safety during imaging- Provide care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations; adhere to ER/CT protocols and safety standardsRequirements- ARRT CT certification; BLS certification required- 3–5 years CT experience preferred; 5 years preferred for some assignments- Travel experience required- Proficient with Siemens CT scanners (GoTop and Somatom Definition) and Epic charting- Ability to work in a high-volume radiology setting and follow standard CT protocolsBenefits and Support- On-site onboarding and weekly orientation modules- Dedicated recruitment and travel support from the staffing partner- Ongoing assignment support throughout the travel engagement- Epic charting proficiency and Siemens equipment onboarding included in orientationFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore additional CT tech openings, visit the Hiring Organization URL to view other available positions and apply.Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
