Job Description

OverviewCT Technologist – Radiology in Hanford, California. Travel assignment starting 05/26/2026 for 13 weeks in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,186 to $2,317 per week. Shifts are 3x12 Nights. This assignment requires CT imaging proficiency with the GE EVO CT Unit.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,186–$2,317 per week- Guaranteed hours: 0.0 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 3x12 Nights (1900–0730)- Start date: 05/26/2026- Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital travel assignment in Hanford, CAResponsibilities- Perform diagnostic CT scans on patients using the GE EVO CT Unit, ensuring appropriate protocol selection and image quality.- Safely position patients and adjust imaging parameters to optimize visualization while minimizing radiation exposure.- Administer or assist with contrast media as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions.- Operate CT equipment, adhere to radiation dose safety standards, and ensure proper documentation of procedures.- Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure timely and accurate imaging for clinical decision-making.- Maintain patient care standards, perform equipment checks, and participate in ongoing quality control activities.Requirements- Active Radiologic Technologist license in California (RT) required- ARRT certification: RT(R)(CT) or RT(R) ARRT required- Minimum 2 years of CT/Radiology unit experience within the last 3 months- Experience with GE EVO CT Unit required- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required- Advanced Certification in CT: required in OR and HI; preferred in CA- Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred- Fluoroscopy license: preferred in CA- Venipuncture certification: preferred in CABenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated support throughout the assignment- Extension opportunities- Nationwide assignmentsFind more opportunitiesInterested in other openings handled by Healthforce Healthcare LLC?
