Job Description

OverviewCT Technologist (CT Tech) travel assignment in Watertown, New York. Start date: 04/20/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,533–$2,660 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 2x3 Nights, 12-hour nights (7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.). Hospital setting.Key Highlights- Weekly pay between $2,533 and $2,660- Guaranteed 36 hours per week- 13-week travel assignment- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m., 2x3 rotation- Location: Watertown, NY- Setting: Radiology CT unit within a hospitalResponsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures according to physician orders, ensuring protocol accuracy and patient safety- Prepare and position patients; administer contrast as required; monitor for adverse reactions- Operate CT imaging equipment; adjust technical factors (kVp, mA) to optimize image quality while minimizing radiation exposure- Verify patient identity and orders in the EMR (Epic); document procedures and archive images with proper labeling- Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to review images and address quality concerns- Maintain equipment and work areas; adhere to infection control standards and radiation safety regulations- Stay current with registries and licenses; assist with department workflow as neededRequirements- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology- ARRT registration in Radiologic Technology (CT experience preferred)- Active New York state license required at time of submission; RTO must be included with submission- BLS certification- 2+ years of CT tech experience; 1 year of radiologic/imaging experience- EMR experience, preferably Epic; ability to document and retrieve imaging orders and resultsBenefits and Support- 36 guaranteed hours per week on a 13-week assignment- Travel assignment in a hospital setting with 12-hour night shifts- Ongoing support from a travel recruiter throughout the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other openings, apply for additional CT technologist travel roles at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply and learn about opportunities that match your qualifications.PAY DISCLAIMERPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
