OverviewRadiology CT Tech (CT) – Plattsburgh, NY, United States. Travel - Temporary Assignment in a hospital setting. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: Weeks. Shift: 3x12 Days. Weekly pay: $2,846–$3,011 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Setting: hospital.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,846–$3,011 per week- Guaranteed hours: 0.0- Contract duration: Weeks- Shift: 3x12 Days- Start date: 04/20/2026- Setting: Hospital – RadiologyResponsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures for a range of patients following physician orders and established protocols; optimize image quality and ensure patient safety.- Prepare, position, and transport patients, applying appropriate radiation safety measures and shielding.- Administer iodinated contrast media as required; monitor patients during and after contrast administration and respond to adverse reactions.- Conduct venipuncture for contrast delivery and document catheter placement and procedure details in the patient record.- Operate EPIC and other radiology information systems to document orders, procedures, and results; communicate findings to radiologists and referring clinicians as protocol dictates.- Collaborate with the radiology team to coordinate patient flow, maintain infection control standards, and participate in unit coverage as scheduled, including weekends/holidays.Requirements- ARRT CT certification- NYS DOH Venipuncture certification- NY license, or proof of application with applied date (license processing may take 6–8 weeks)- Minimum 1 year of CT clinical experience- EPIC experience within the past 2 years (required)- BLS certification- Ability to work in a hospital setting and meet the shift requirements, including weekends and holidays as scheduledBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated assignment support throughout the travel term- Orientation opportunities (bi-weekly on Mondays; next available start date noted in assignment details)- Potential extension opportunities based on unit needs and performanceFind more opportunitiesIf this assignment isn’t a fit, explore other CT tech travel roles and radiology opportunities with Healthforce Healthcare LLC at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
