Job Description

OverviewRadiation Therapy Tech – Radiation Oncology in Lawrenceville, GA. Start date 06/01/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range $1,935–$1,993 with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Shift is 8x5 Days (Monday–Friday) from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Travel assignment supported by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,935–$1,993 per week- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 8x5 Days, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Mon–Fri)- Start date: 06/01/2026- Location: Lawrenceville, GA; hospital settingResponsibilities- Administer external beam radiation therapy and related treatments per the established plan.- Position patients and apply immobilization devices; verify treatment site and patient identity using imaging guidance when required.- Operate and troubleshoot linear accelerators and related oncology treatment equipment; perform daily QA checks.- Document treatments accurately in the patient record and communicate any plan changes to the oncology team.- Collaborate with radiation oncologists, dosimetrists, and medical physicists to ensure safe, effective care.- Uphold radiation safety standards and ALARA principles to protect patients and staff.Requirements- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Radiation Therapy Tech- AHA BLS certification- Ability to work in a hospital setting in Lawrenceville, GA- Capacity to work a 40-hour week on a Monday–Friday day shiftBenefits and Support- 40 hours per week guaranteed- 13-week travel assignment- Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC- On-site assignment in a hospital setting in Lawrenceville, GAFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to see other open roles from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, apply at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPAY DISCLAIMER RULEPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
