OverviewRadiology Tech – CT is needed for a travel assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,237–$2,336. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour night shifts on a 12x3 rotation with weekend coverage (Fri–Sun nights) from 6:30 pm to 7:00 am. This assignment takes place in a hospital setting with a 24-hour imaging department and three Siemens CT scanners (Edge Plus, Definition AS, and Force).Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,237–$2,336 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 12-hour nights on a 12x3 rotation; Fri–Sun weekend nights (6:30 pm–7:00 am)- Start date: October 5, 2026- Work setting: hospital imaging department; 24-hour operation with Siemens CT scanners- Travel assignment with dedicated recruiter supportResponsibilities- Perform CT imaging procedures according to orders, ensuring image quality and patient safety- Prepare and position patients, select appropriate protocols, and administer contrast media per protocol; monitor for adverse reactions- Operate and troubleshoot CT scanners (Siemens Edge Plus, Definition AS, Force); ensure equipment quality control and accurate documentation- Collaborate with radiologists and referring clinicians; maintain clear SBAR communication and accurate data entry in the patient information system- Support interventional CT procedures when applicable (e.g., angiography, various biopsies, abscess drains, pre-Watchman protocols, ablation protocols) while maintaining ALARA principlesRequirements- Minimum 2 years of CT experience- ARRT certification (CT) and BLS required- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24-hour imaging department- Weekend night shift availability (Fri–Sun, 6:30 pm–7:00 am) and 12x3 night rotation- Experience with CT imaging in a hospital setting; familiarity with Siemens CT scanners is preferredBenefits and Support- Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment- Weekly pay with direct deposit- Credentialing assistance to obtain and maintain required licenses and certifications- 24/7 assignment support and resources for ongoing needs- Potential extension opportunities beyond the initial contractFind more opportunitiesFor additional openings from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/apply to explore other travel radiology opportunities and related roles.PAY DISCLAIMER RULEPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
