OverviewRadiology Technologist – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech travel assignment in Needham, MA. Start date October 27, 2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,652 to $2,734. Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly. Shift: rotating 8-hour shifts (5x8). Setting: hospital.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,652–$2,734 per week- Guaranteed hours: 72 hours biweekly- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: rotating 8-hour shifts (5x8 rotating)- Start date: October 27, 2026- Work setting: hospital travel assignment in Needham, MA- EPIC experience required; transitioning to EPIC during assignment- ASAP start dates noted in notes; interview timing to be coordinatedResponsibilities- Perform radiographic procedures with minimal supervision, ensuring safety and accuracy to support diagnostic interpretation.- Prepare and position patients, select imaging modalities, and protect patients with appropriate shielding and infection control.- Operate imaging equipment (including fluoroscopy as required, and bone density imaging) and process, label, and transfer images for radiologist review.- Maintain high image quality and apply appropriate exposure factors; monitor equipment for proper function and perform routine quality checks.- Document procedures and enter study data in the electronic health record (EPIC); collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other care team members across departments (OR, ER, orthopedics, outpatient, and pain clinic) as needed.- Adhere to universal precautions, radiation safety guidelines, and hospital protocols; ensure patient privacy and data integrity throughout the imaging process.Requirements- Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License: Category Radiography- ARRT certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)- BLS/CPR certification- 2+ years of Radiologic Technologist experience preferred- EPIC experience required- Ability to work in a hospital setting and participate in a rotating schedule- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment; non-local candidates only per assignment guidelinesBenefits and Support- Dedicated travel assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Credentialing assistance and onboarding support- Competitive weekly pay with guaranteed hours- Assignment coordination and ongoing support throughout the clinical assignment- EpIC onboarding and transition support as part of the assignmentFind more opportunitiesInterested in other travel imaging roles?
