Job Description

OverviewRadiology Tech – Diagnostic Radiologic Tech position in Lodi, California. This travel assignment begins 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $2,579 to $2,619 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is evenings (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) on a 5x8 schedule. The role operates within a short-term acute care hospital imaging department, performing radiographic exams under physician orders.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,579–$2,619 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Evenings, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (5x8)- Start date: 08/31/2026- Work setting: Imaging department in a short-term acute care hospital- EPIC experience required- Travel assignment with dedicated supportResponsibilities- Operate x-ray equipment to produce diagnostic radiographs as ordered by physicians- Position patients, explain procedures, and adjust exposure settings to optimize image quality- Prepare examination rooms and equipment, maintain safety protocols, and ensure patient comfort- Monitor patients during exams and uphold radiation safety standards for staff and patients- Document exam details and verify images in the PACS; communicate pertinent information to the physician as needed- Retrieve and verify exam accuracy, and perform additional imaging or fluoroscopy within licensure and policy guidelines when applicableRequirements- ARRT-R certification and California Radiologic Technologist license (Required)- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)- Fluoroscopy license in California within 6 months of hire (Required)- Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) credential (Required)- EPIC electronic health record experience (Required)- At least two years of recent radiology technologist experience (Required)- Education: Associate’s Degree in radiologic technology (Preferred)- Current nursing license per state of assignment (as noted in requirements)Benefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Credentialing and onboarding assistance- Guaranteed hours and weekly pay as listed- 13-week assignment with potential extension opportunitiesFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other openings available through Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
