Job Description

OverviewInterventional Radiology Tech travel assignment in a home healthcare - hospice setting located in Los Angeles, California. Start date: 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,513–$2,663. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,513–$2,663 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts- Start date: 10/05/2026- Working setting: home healthcare - hospiceResponsibilities- Perform interventional radiology procedures and cardiac/vascular radiographic exams under physician supervision.- Operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images during cardiovascular procedures.- Position and immobilize patients, monitor during procedures, and ensure patient safety and comfort.- Assist physicians with specialized cardiovascular procedures, including catheterizations and other image-guided interventions.- Maintain equipment, document procedures, and adhere to sterile technique and radiation safety guidelines.- Collaborate with the care team, provide guidance to junior staff, and support quality and safety initiatives.Requirements- Active radiologic technologist (RT) license in the state of practice (California) is required.- ARRT certification: Preferred.- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor: Required.- Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) certification: Required.- PVMB/TEAM or CPI or equivalent violence prevention training: Required.- At least two years of recent experience in the field; experience as a Special Procedures Technologist is preferred.- Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).- Ability to work in a home healthcare - hospice setting and to perform 12-hour night shifts.Benefits and Support- Guaranteed hours and a 13-week travel assignment- Support from a dedicated travel recruiter and assignment team- Competitive weekly pay and a clear payment schedule- Ongoing assignment support throughout the engagementFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other openings available, please apply at Healthforce Healthcare LLC: https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
