Job Description

OverviewRadiology Tech – Interventional Radiology Tech is a travel assignment in the Los Angeles, CA area. Start date is 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks, with a pay range of $2,826–$3,014 per week. Shift is days, consisting of 10-hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week. Work setting involves an interventional radiology department in an acute-care environment.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,826–$3,014 per week- Assignment duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Days, 10-hour shifts (40 hours per week)- Start date: 09/14/2026- Setting: interventional radiology in an acute-care environment- Employment type: Travel - Temporary AssignmentResponsibilities- Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure care for invasive, interventional, and therapeutic procedures addressing cardiac, vascular, and structural heart disorders.- Assist with device implantation/removal, lead management, and catheter-based interventions; participate in therapeutic ablations as part of the interventional team.- Prepare and maintain sterile fields, operate imaging equipment as assigned, and uphold radiation safety and infection control standards.- Monitor patient status during procedures, document findings, and communicate with the procedural team to support safe and effective care.- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and technologists to ensure high-quality imaging and patient safety throughout interventional studies.Requirements- Active license as required for radiologic practice in California (per local regulatory standards)- Certification in radiologic technology (ARRT or equivalent) or as required by state- Prior experience in interventional radiology or cath lab settings preferred- Ability to work in a fast-paced interventional environment; strong teamwork and communication skills- BLS certification; ACLS preferred or as required by facility policiesBenefits and Support- Competitive weekly pay range: $2,826–$3,014 per week- Assignment support with a dedicated recruiter- 24/7 travel and credentialing support- Housing assistance options available- Opportunities for contract extensionFind more opportunitiesIf you’re exploring other openings, apply and discover additional interventional radiology travel roles and related positions at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
