OverviewX-Ray Tech - Travel Radiology in Atlanta, GA, United States. Start date: 04/20/2026. Duration: 6 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,711–$1,813 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Shift: 0x4 Nights. Setting: hospital-based travel assignment.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,711–$1,813 per week- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week- Contract duration: 6 weeks- Shift: 0x4 Nights- Start date: 04/20/2026- Travel assignment in a hospital environmentResponsibilities- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic imaging across OR, ED, inpatient, and portable settings- Operate radiologic equipment and fluoroscopy units; evaluate images for technical quality- Maintain patient safety, comfort, and radiation protection protocols; accurately position patients- Document procedures in the EMR (EPIC and Sectra); collaborate with radiology and clinical teams- Work with imaging equipment from GE, Philips, and CareStream; ensure proper maintenance and calibration- Float to different departments as needed and participate in competency checks for studentsRequirements- ARRT certification and current BLS certification- Graduated from a JRCERT/ARRT-approved radiography program- Minimum 1 year Level I trauma experience or 2–3 years at a large Level II trauma facility- Ability to work 10-hour night shifts; comfortable with OR, ED, inpatient, and portable imaging- Mask fit Required; strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital setting- Licensure/credentials per state and facility requirementsEducation and Experience- Education: Graduation from a JRCERT/ARRT-approved program- Experience: Minimum trauma-related radiography experience as specified aboveBenefits and Support- Dedicated assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC- Credentialing and onboarding assistance- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Ongoing professional support throughout the assignment- Access to travel assignments and related resourcesFind more opportunitiesTo view other openings from Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
