Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU

Night Shift | Arizona

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with current ICU experience to join our team for a night shift position. This role is ideal for a skilled critical care nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

As an RN-owned company, we truly understand the realities of bedside nursing and are dedicated to supporting our nurses both clinically and professionally.

Shift Details

Schedule: Night Shift
Hours: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuous monitoring
Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipment
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Respond effectively to emergency situations and changes in patient condition
Accurately document patient care using Medhost EMR
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and evidence-based practices

Required Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of Arizona
Current ICU experience
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Strong critical thinking, communication, and clinical skills

Preferred Skills

Experience working night shifts in a critical care environment
Familiarity with Medhost EMR
Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative care team
