Job Overview
We are seeking a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment. The RN will provide high-quality nursing care, assess patient needs, administer treatments, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Develop and implement patient care plans• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare professionals• Maintain accurate and timely documentation• Provide patient and family education• Respond to changes in patient status and emergencies• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control protocols

Start Date: 06/26/2026 End Date: 09/18/2026
• Shift: Night Shift• Shift Time: 07:00 PM 07:30 AM• Contract Length: 13 Weeks• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license• Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times• Compliance with onboarding and health requirements• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption may be required per facility policy• Must meet all facility credentialing requirements
