Job Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTC residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
  • Assess resident conditions regularly, document findings, and communicate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments following facility protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of resident care activities and progress.
  • Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans to promote understanding and compliance.
