Job Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an RN license.
Certifications Requirements:
- BLS certification.*
- LTC experience certification.*
- ACLS & Wound Care certifications (preferred).
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.*
- LTC experience required.*
- Experience with LTAC settings preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts.*
- Excellent communication skills.*
- Flexibility to work 3-12 hour day shifts.*
- Physical capability to perform patient care duties.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in an LTAC setting, ensuring safety and quality standards are maintained.*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans tailored to patient needs.*
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.*
- Educate patients and their families about post-discharge care and wound management.*
- Execute medication administration and wound care procedures in compliance with facility protocols.
