Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program

Certifications Requirements:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)*
• BLS (Basic Life Support)*
• Critical Care experience (required)

Experience Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in a clinical setting*
• Experience providing care in critical care / LTAC environments*
• Demonstrated proficiency with rapid assessment and escalation of patient conditions in high-acuity settings

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Days and Nights with a schedule of 3-12 (including 7-7 shifts)*
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration*
• Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care while following facility protocols and maintaining documentation standards

Job Responsibilities

• Assess patients and perform thorough ongoing evaluations to identify changes in condition promptly*
• Provide critical care nursing interventions and implement evidence-based care plans for high-acuity LTAC patients*
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, case management, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care*
