OverviewRegistered Nurse, Case Management — Boston, MA. Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 11/23/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,473 per week to $2,528 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 8-hour days, 5x8 Days. This inpatient unit role focuses on administrative care coordination for patients within a Structural Heart program, with Epic experience required and a smaller direct patient-facing component than a typical bedside RN position.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,473–$2,528 per week- Assignment length: 13 weeks- Shift: 8-hour days, 5 days per week- Start date: 11/23/2026- Work setting: inpatient unit with a Structural Heart program- Non-local traveler requirement: candidates must reside outside 50 miles; no local travelers acceptedResponsibilities- Coordinate referral intake, clinical triage, and care coordination for patients on the inpatient Structural Heart Unit- Review and triage referrals; coordinate records, diagnostics, and follow-up care- Prepare cases for multidisciplinary review; educate patients and communicate next steps- Perform administrative duties related to referral management and care coordination; document activity in Epic; manage referral follow-ups- Support care coordination efforts by tracking patient progression through the evaluation process and coordinating with other teams as neededRequirements- Active RN license in Massachusetts- 2+ years RN experience; triage experience required; Level 1 trauma experience required- Epic experience required; Excel experience required- BLS (AHA) certification required- Ability to function in an administrative, non-patient-facing care coordination role within an inpatient unit; orientation is weekly on Mondays- Non-local travel status: must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facilityBenefits and Support- Dedicated staffing support throughout the assignment- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Fast credentialing and onboarding assistance- Orientation support (weekly on Mondays)Find more opportunitiesFind more opportunities with Healthforce Healthcare LLC at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
