OverviewRegistered Nurse – Long-Term Care (Travel) in Waimea, Hawaii. Start date: 08/10/2026. Contract duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,463-$2,627 per week. Shift: Any shift. This travel assignment places you in a long-term care unit, providing skilled nursing support and coordinated care in a fast-paced setting.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,463-$2,627 per week- Guaranteed hours: 0.0- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Any- Start date: 08/10/2026- Setting: Long-term care unit; travel assignmentResponsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to residents in the long-term care unit, including medication administration and ongoing assessments- Document care plans, progress notes, and responses to treatment in the electronic medical record- Conduct routine and focused assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patient condition- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop, implement, and update care plans- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed; communicate with physicians and nursing leadership- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and resident advocacy standardsRequirements- Active Hawaii RN license- Current BLS certification- Minimum of one year of recent Long-Term Care or skilled nursing experience- Experience with electronic medical records- Ability to work the assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as neededBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment- Dedicated on-assignment support from onboarding to completion- Credentialing and onboarding assistance to facilitate a smooth start- Access to nationwide travel nursing opportunitiesFind more opportunitiesInterested in other openings available through Healthforce Healthcare LLC?
