Job Description

OverviewRegistered Nurse (ICU) travel assignment in Brunswick, GA, United States. Start date 08/10/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,817–$1,888 per week. Guaranteed hours 0. Shift: 3x12-hour days. This role supports an ICU unit in an inpatient care environment.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,817–$1,888 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 3x12-hour days- Start date: 08/10/2026- Distance requirement: Must live 80+ miles from the assignment location- Setting: ICU in an inpatient care environmentResponsibilities- Provide direct patient care for critically ill adults in the ICU, including frequent monitoring of status, vitals, and response to changes in condition.- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, manage ventilators, hemodynamic support, lines, and other ICU equipment per physician orders.- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, participate in rounds, and communicate updates to physicians and charge staff.- Document care in the electronic health record accurately and promptly; ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols.- Respond to emergencies (eg, Code Blue) with appropriate actions and escalation as needed; advocate for patient and family needs.Requirements- Active RN license (state-specific) in good standing to practice in Georgia or as required by assignment- Ability to work in an ICU/inpatient care environment and adapt to high-acuity patient needs- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment beginning 08/10/2026- Must live 80+ miles from the assignment location- Willingness to work a 3x12-hour shift scheduleBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract- Fast credentialing process where applicable- Nationwide assignments may be available- Extension opportunities may be available- Housing assistance may be availableFind more opportunitiesIf this opening isn’t the perfect match, consider exploring other ICU travel opportunities with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.
