Job Description

OverviewRegistered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care setting in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Travel assignment starting 08/17/2026 for Weeks. Day shift, 7am to 3pm. Weekly pay range: $1,744–$1,830 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care environment, staffed to support resident care needs and interdisciplinary collaboration.Key Highlights- Start date: 08/17/2026- Weekly pay: $1,744–$1,830 per week- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week- Shift: Day shift, 7am–3pm- Duration: Weeks- Setting: Long-term care environmentResponsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status, medication administration, and wound care as ordered.- Assess residents, recognize changes, and implement or adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation.- Document care interventions and resident responses in the electronic health record; maintain complete and compliant charting.- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; participate in care conferences and care plan development.- Promote resident safety, infection control, fall prevention, and overall quality of life through evidence-based practices.Requirements- Current, unrestricted registered nurse license in New Hampshire.- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.- Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.- BLS/CPR certification required.- Ability to work in a long-term care environment; day shift availability; strong communication and documentation skills.Benefits and Support- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week- Weekly pay range: $1,744–$1,830 per week- Travel assignment (temporary) with a defined day-shift schedule- Support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC through the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf this role isn’t a fit, you can explore additional RN travel openings and other healthcare opportunities at Healthforce Healthcare LLC by visiting https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
