Job Description
OverviewRegistered Nurse - Med Surg in Concord, NH. Travel assignment starting 10/05/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranging from $2,044 to $2,163 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift is 3x12 Nights. Work setting: a hospital environment in the Concord area. This assignment is with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,044–$2,163 per week- Guaranteed hours: 0.0- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 12-hour nights (3x12)- Start date: 10/05/2026- Work setting: hospitalResponsibilities- Provide Med-Surg nursing care to adult patients, including assessment, monitoring, and regular re-evaluation of care plans.- Administer medications, perform IV therapy and procedures per physician orders, and document care in the designated EMR system.- Monitor patient status, respond to calls, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and timely interventions.- Support discharge planning and patient/family education, coordinating with case management as needed.- Maintain accurate nursing notes, manage lines and devices, and uphold infection control and safety standards.- May be required to float to additional facilities within the region to support unit staffing needs.Requirements- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state; NH licensure required at submission; NURSYS license verification for active licenses.- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.- Minimum 1 year Med-Surg Acute Care travel experience; 2+ years of Med-Surg experience overall preferred.- EMR experience preferred: Cerner; not required.- RTO (time off) must be included at submission.- Locals welcome; local rate.- Ability to work in a hospital setting; flexible to float to other NH facilities as needed.Benefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support; dedicated support throughout the assignment- Fast credentialing- Nationwide assignments- Extension opportunities- Assignment-focused onboarding and coordinationFind more opportunitiesFind more opportunities at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
