Job Description
OverviewRegistered Nurse – Obstetrics (OB) in Ogdensburg, NY, United States. This travel assignment begins on 10/05/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,120 to $2,195 with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days, typically 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,120–$2,195 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM)- Start date: 10/05/2026- Setting: hospitalResponsibilities- Provide obstetric nursing care to laboring patients and newborns- Monitor maternal and fetal status using electronic fetal monitoring (EFM) as assigned- Assist during labor and delivery and provide immediate newborn care- Administer medications and perform routine assessments per plan of care- Collaborate with the obstetrics team to respond to emergencies and ensure patient safety- Document care and maintain accurate records in the electronic health recordRequirements- Active RN license in the state of assignment (New York)- Current BLS certification- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification- Labor and Delivery and Newborn care experience; minimum 2 years in the field- EFM experience preferred; STABLE certification preferred- COVID vaccine not required; Flu vaccine or declination accepted; mask required if decliningBenefits and Support- Assignment support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC- Dedicated recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment- 24/7 access to assistance for credentialing and shift coverage- Standard travel clinical placement coordinationFind more opportunitiesFor other nursing roles and assignments, visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
