Job Description
OverviewTravel Registered Nurse - Resource, Concord, New Hampshire. Start date: 10/05/2026. Duration: 18 weeks. Weekly pay: $630-$661 per week. Guaranteed hours: 12 per week. Shift: 12-hour days, 12x1. Setting: hospital environment with Telemetry and Stepdown unit responsibilities.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $630-$661 per week- Guaranteed hours: 12 per week- Contract duration: 18 weeks- Shift: 12-hour days, 12x1- Start date: 10/05/2026- Work setting: hospital environment with Telemetry and Stepdown units- Float coverage: may be requested to float to affiliated campuses as neededResponsibilities- Provide direct patient care to adults on Telemetry and Stepdown units, including monitoring of vitals, hemodynamics, and overall clinical status- Administer medications and treatments, establish IV access, and manage IV fluids per physician orders- Document assessments, care plans, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred)- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and carry out individualized care plans; participate in rounds and discharge planning- Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions, escalate concerns promptly, and assist with code events as needed- Provide patient and family education on diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care; assist with safe transfers and admissionsRequirements- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state, with Nursys license verification- BLS certification required; NH Issued Special Skills (NHISS) needed prior to start- ACLS certification preferred- Dysrhythmia examination required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%- 1-2 years minimum Med-Surg experience; experience in Telemetry or Stepdown units highly desirable- Cerner EMR experience preferred; ability to document and navigate multiple unit workflows- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, acute-care setting and adapt to unit float requirements if assigned- Driver license with address that matches demographics may be required for certain assignments- Willingness to float to concord-area campuses (Laconia or Franklin) as neededBenefits and Support- Guaranteed hours on assignment- Extension opportunities based on performance and unit needs- Fast credentialing processes to minimize time to start- 24/7 recruiter and travel support throughout the assignment- Dedicated support throughout the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf this position isn’t the right fit, you can explore additional travel nursing openings and other RN opportunities at Healthforce Healthcare LLC by visiting https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPAY DISCLAIMERPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
