Job Description
OverviewRegistered Nurse - Telemetry (Travel) in Portland, OR. Start date 11/09/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Earn $2,020–$2,135 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Night shift (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) on a 3x12 schedule. Position is in a short-term acute care hospital setting with telemetry patients.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,020–$2,135 per week- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (3x12s)- Start date: 11/09/2026- Setting: Telemetry unit in a short-term acute care hospital; EPIC EMR experience requiredResponsibilities- Deliver direct nursing care to patients in telemetry using the nursing process and established standards- Collect relevant data, analyze information, determine care needs, and develop an actionable plan- Implement and coordinate care while collaborating with other disciplines to maintain a safe, healing environment- Evaluate patient progress and adjust plans as needed; promote health and safety for patient and family- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; delegate and coordinate duties- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient/family education and supportRequirements- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice (Oregon)- Minimum two years of recent acute care experience- BLS/CPR certification from an approved vendor; ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) required- EPIC EMR experience required- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred- Ability to work the night shift in an acute care settingBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Fast credentialing- Extension opportunities- Dedicated support throughout the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore other openings, you can view additional Travel RN opportunities at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
