OverviewRegistered Nurse, Telemetry (Cardiac Telemetry) — Travel assignment in Olathe, Kansas. Start date 11/22/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,067 to $2,186 per week. Guaranteed hours 0.0. Shift: 3x12-hour Night shifts (1900–0730). Setting: hospital telemetry unit with occasional float to other acute care units, assignment managed by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,067–$2,186- Guaranteed hours: 0.0- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 12-hour Night shifts (3 per week)- Start date: 11/22/2026- Work setting: hospital telemetry unit; travel assignmentResponsibilities- Monitor patient telemetry and rhythms, respond to alarms, and escalate changes per protocol- Administer prescribed medications and cardiac drips (including heparin, diuretics such as Lasix, and antiarrhythmics as indicated)- Assist with initiation and titration processes for Tikosyn or Sotalol per unit protocol- Manage post-procedure TR Band applications and related hemostasis activities- Collaborate with the care team, participate in unit orientation, and complete Epic training as part of onboarding- Float to other acute care units as assigned, ensuring patient safety and adherence to unit policiesRequirements- Active Kansas Registered Nurse license- BLS certification- Minimum 1 year of recent telemetry experience- Experience with cardiac medications and drips (heparin, diuretics, antiarrhythmics) and Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation- New graduates not accepted- Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care setting and float to multiple units as neededBenefits and Support- Bi-weekly payroll- Dedicated account manager for assignment support- Credentialing and onboarding assistance to align with start date- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- On-assignment coordination and scheduling assistanceFind more opportunitiesTo explore other travel nursing openings, please apply at Healthforce Healthcare LLC at https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
