Employment Type: Travel - Temporary Assignment.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $3,008–$3,136 per week- Guaranteed hours: 0.0- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Flex- Start date: 07/06/2026- Setting: Hospital travel assignmentResponsibilities- Initiate, monitor, and adjust life-support ventilation as ordered, including airway management and weaning planning; manage endotracheal/tracheostomy tubes as needed.- Participate in resuscitation efforts, including airway management and arterial blood gas sampling as required.- Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders; determine therapy modality, medications, equipment, and treatment duration; coordinate with physicians.- Administer prescribed therapies (nebulized medications, chest physiotherapy, suctioning) and monitor patient response; document results.- Operate pulmonary function testing equipment and perform basic screening; provide results to the physician for diagnosis and treatment planning.- Sleep study procedures (polysomnography) as assigned.Requirements- Hawaii Respiratory Therapist license(s) required- NBRC-recognized Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRTT) certification- Education: Completion of an accredited respiratory therapy program- Experience: Not specified in notes; travel/previous clinical experience preferred- Ability to work in a hospital setting and maintain flexibility for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits and Support- Competitive weekly pay- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated assignment support- Fast credentialing- Nationwide assignments- Extension opportunitiesFind more opportunitiesInterested in additional openings?
