Travel RN - Unit Manager Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a contract leadership assignment. This opportunity is ideal for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical and supervisory experience who is passionate about leading nursing teams, ensuring exceptional resident care, and supporting operational excellence within a skilled nursing and long-term care environment.

Guaranteed Hours40 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $53.40 - $62.30 per hour
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
- Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
- Coordinate resident care plans and clinical services
- Monitor patient outcomes and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize resident outcomes
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and quality standards
- Support regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives
- Foster a positive, resident-centered care environment
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Leadership role overseeing a 40-bed Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Unit
- 40 Guaranteed Hours Per Week
- Candidates must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license where applicable
- Government-issued photo identification is required during onboarding and must be worn while on assignment
- COVID-19 vaccination documentation or approved religious/medical exemption may be required in accordance with assignment guidelines
