Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift (3x12 Schedule)

Location: Near Norfolk, Nebraska

Connected Health Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join one of our trusted partner facilities near Norfolk, Nebraska. This facility provides both skilled nursing and assisted living services, offering a supportive environment focused on high-quality resident care.

Position Details:

Shift: Night Shift*
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week*
Setting: Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living

Responsibilities:

Provide and oversee direct patient care in accordance with established care plans*
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed*
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop/update care plans*
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with appropriate clinical interventions*
Supervise and support LPNs and nursing assistants as needed*
Maintain accurate and timely documentation*
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to ensure optimal care

Requirements:

Active RN license (Nebraska or compact state)*
Previous experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar setting preferred*
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills*
Ability to work independently and lead during overnight shifts
