Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Speech Language Pathologist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while helping individuals achieve their highest level of functional independence and quality of life.

- Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Meal Break: 30 Minutes
- Day Shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate:$57.60 - $67.20 per hour
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) License in good standing
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, acute care, outpatient, or home health settings preferred
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
- Evaluate patients with speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech, language, voice, cognitive, and swallowing therapy services
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish measurable treatment goals
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment interventions as appropriate
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning meetings
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Promote patient safety, communication abilities, independence, and overall quality of life
- Guaranteed 35 hours per week
- Competitive pay rate of $57.60 - $67.20 per hour
