OverviewSpeech Language Pathologist | Speech Language Pathologist Sheridan, Wyoming, United States | Start 06/08/2026 | Duration 13 weeks | $1,926–$2,091 per week | 36 guaranteed hours per week | Days shift | Travel - Temporary Assignment in a long-term care settingKey Highlights- Weekly pay: $1,926–$2,091- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: Days- Start date: 06/08/2026- Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home environmentResponsibilities- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for adult residents and interpret results to develop individualized treatment plans.- Plan, implement, and adjust therapy programs to address communication and swallowing disorders, documenting progress regularly.- Provide direct and group therapy, delivering evidence-based interventions aligned with resident goals and care plans.- Collaborate with an interprofessional team (nursing, OT/PT, social work, and dietary) to support resident outcomes and ensure cohesive care.- Educate residents, family members, and care staff on communication strategies, swallowing safety, and discharge planning as appropriate.- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in charting systems, comply with regulatory requirements, and support accurate billing and coding processes.Requirements- Active Wyoming Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program- Ability to work in a long-term care setting with adult residents- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team- Availability to work the Day shift on a 13-week travel assignment with guaranteed hoursBenefits and Support- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract- Assistance with credentialing and regulatory requirements- Housing options may be available- Potential extension opportunities beyond 13 weeks- Nationwide assignments supported by the staffing organizationFind more opportunitiesIf you’d like to explore additional openings available at Healthforce Healthcare LLC, please visit https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
