Job Description

OverviewSurgical Tech, CVOR-focused, Glenwood Springs, Colorado, May 26, 2026 start date, 13 weeks in length, $2,068–$2,159 per week, 40 hours guaranteed per week, shift 4x10 rotating. This is a travel assignment in a hospital setting.Key Highlights- Weekly pay: $2,068–$2,159 per week- Guaranteed hours: 40 per week- Contract duration: 13 weeks- Shift: 4x10 rotating- Start date: 05/26/2026- Assignment setting: hospital-based surgical servicesResponsibilities- Prepare the operative field and assist with instrument setup for CVOR and related procedures- Maintain sterile technique and manage instrument counts before, during, and after procedures- Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, including passing instruments and handling equipment- Help with patient positioning, draping, and specimen labeling as appropriate- Support room turnover and equipment reprocessing processes between cases- Document intraoperative activities and promptly communicate any deviations or concerns to the surgical teamRequirements- Active Colorado CST license (DORA) required- CVOR CST experience required- Certification from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT required- BLS certification through the American Heart Association- Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program- Ability to work in a hospital CVOR/cath lab environment- Travel eligibility: permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the assignment locationBenefits and Support- Guaranteed hours- 24/7 recruiter and travel support- Extension opportunities- Dedicated support throughout the assignmentFind more opportunitiesIf you’re exploring other openings, you’re invited to apply for additional roles at Healthforce Healthcare LLC via https://healthforce.applytojob.com/applyPAY DISCLAIMERPlease note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
