Step into a leadership role with one of the most respected, family-owned construction firms in the industry as a Traveling Construction Superintendent. With over 76 years of experience and a reputation for excellence, this company is known for delivering high-end, complex projects for iconic clients across the U.S. From luxury retail spaces to upscale restaurant buildouts, you’ll have the opportunity to manage sophisticated construction jobs and be the on-site face of a company that values agility, integrity, and hands-on ownership involvement.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:

Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in construction supervision, with a strong knowledge of trades and subcontractor management
Prior experience in luxury retail, restaurant buildouts, or multifamily projects strongly preferred
Willingness to travel nationwide for projects (non-local position)
Manage on-site operations, safety compliance, quality control, and scheduling
Supervise subcontractors, enforce contracts, and ensure scopes of work are met
Maintain project documentation, reports, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
Experience using Procore, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams on-site

Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
