Job DetailsOpportunityA growing electrical contractor is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, industrial, and mission-critical projects nationwide. This role is responsible for overseeing jobsite execution, safety, workforce coordination, quality control, and schedule performance.Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations and supervise electricians, foremen, apprentices, and subcontractors
• Coordinate manpower, workflow, material deliveries, equipment, and trade activities
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project management, contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Review and execute work from drawings, specifications, and electrical plans
• Monitor production, maintain project documentation, and resolve field issues proactively
• Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and site inspections
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and applicable codes and standards

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience
• 3+ years in a superintendent, foreman, or field leadership role
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and construction best practices
• Ability to interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and construction documents
• Experience managing field crews and coordinating multiple trades
• Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, or similar construction software
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
