We support complex data center and industrial projects throughout the United States and are committed to delivering quality, consistency, and operational excellence on every project.Position OverviewJSET is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman to support data center and mission-critical construction projects throughout the United States.This is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for coordinating crews, directing daily work activities, enforcing safety and quality standards, and supporting successful project execution on active construction sites.Foremen at JSET work alongside their crews, lead by example, and serve as the primary connection between field personnel and project leadership. This role is ideal for experienced electricians, lead technicians, assistant foremen, or crew leaders looking to grow into higher levels of field leadership.Candidates should be comfortable deploying to project sites for extended assignments and traveling wherever project needs require.What You'll DoLead daily field activities on active data center and industrial construction projects
Direct technicians and crew members to ensure safe, productive, and high-quality work
Organize daily and weekly work plans based on project priorities
Monitor crew productivity, attendance, tool readiness, and jobsite performance
Assign tasks and help resolve field challenges as they arise
Ensure compliance with safety requirements, company procedures, and project standards
Communicate manpower, material, and project needs to Superintendents and Project ManagersComplete daily reports, jobsite documentation, and next-day plans within ProcoreSupport material management, equipment readiness, and overall site organization
Conduct quality checks and proactively identify installation issues before they impact project progress

Industrial electrical construction
Data center construction
Mission-critical construction environments
Leading crews, technicians, or apprentices
Conduit installation, cable installation, and electrical equipment installation
Managing daily field execution and jobsite productivity
Coordinating manpower, materials, and work plans
Supporting projects through installation, startup, and turnover

Demonstrated leadership experience in a construction or field operations setting
Experience directing crews and coordinating daily work activities
Strong understanding of construction safety practices and jobsite operations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project documentation
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with digital reporting and documentation tools
Valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to travel full-time based on project needs
Preferred QualificationsPrior experience as a Crew Lead, Assistant Foreman, General Foreman, or ForemanExperience supporting data center or mission-critical construction projects
Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) or Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS)Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management softwareNCCER Electrical Certification or related industry credentials
