Job DetailsResponsibilities:

• Lead and supervise crews of 10 to 15 or more team members
• Oversee commercial new construction and renovation projects
• Interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Coordinate installation of underground, overhead, and rough-in systems
• Work closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and utility providers
• Maintain project schedules and support budget adherence alongside the Project Manager
• Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance
• Complete daily reports and weekly time tracking
• Operate equipment such as trenchers, lifts, and forklifts

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects
• Familiarity with project management tools and reporting systems
• Ability to travel consistently for projects
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
