Traveling Electrical Technician / Electrical Helper
Nationwide Travel | 60–80+ Hours/Week | Data Center Construction
We are hiring electrical technicians with 1–2 years of solid hands-on experience to support high-voltage conduit crews on large-scale data center projects across the U.S.
This is a field-based, physically active role supporting electricians in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Candidates must have commercial or industrial electrical experience—this is not a low-voltage or fire alarm role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a dedicated lift spotter for electricians operating scissor and boom lifts
- Assisting with material movement, staging, and job site logistics
- Supporting conduit crews with hands-on electrical work as directed
- Maintaining strong situational awareness and job site safety compliance
- Keeping pace with high-production crews on large-scale builds
What We’re Looking For (REQUIRED)
- 1–2 years of solid electrical experience (hands-on)
- Background in commercial or industrial electrical work
- Experience working on active construction job sites
- Ability to work 10–14 hour days in a physically demanding environment
- Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods
NOT A FIT IF YOUR BACKGROUND IS:
- Low voltage / data cabling
- Fire alarm systems
- Security/camera installation only
- General labor with no electrical experience

Preferred Experience
- Exposure to high voltage environments
- Experience supporting conduit installation crews
- Previous work around lifts (spotting or operating)
- Data center or large commercial project experience
Work Schedule & Travel
- 6 days per week
- 10–14 hour shifts (7AM start typical)
- Projects run ~3 weeks per site, then rotate
- Travel anywhere in the U.S. (NJ ? Las Vegas and beyond)
- Must be comfortable being on the road consistently
- No travel companions allowed
Compensation & Perks
- Company-provided vehicle access (team-based) + gas card
- Private hotel room provided
- $45/day per diem
- Overtime after 40 hours
- Paid travel between job sites

Requirements
- Must pass:
- Amazon background check (7 years)
- Drug screening
- MVR check
- Must be able to travel to Lowell, Arkansas for onboarding
Project Timeline
- Current project runs through November 21st
- Potential (not guaranteed) work through holidays
- Project resumes mid-January through end of 2026
