Job Description

STRUCTURAL integrates technology-driven solutions with specialty contracting services to improve, protect, and enhance the existing infrastructure of owners directly, and in partnership with designers and contractors. About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Foreman to join our Hartford Industrial Team supporting the industrial and power markets. This is a leadership role with 100% travel to major job sites across the U.S. You can live anywhere in the country-we'll get you where you need to be.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage field crews on projects such as chimney restoration, concrete repair, masonry repair, and structural reinforcement.

  • Supervise all on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.

  • Review drawings, plan daily work activities, and track progress.

  • Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment for efficient project execution.

  • Commit to 24/7 safety by ensuring strict safety procedures, especially at height.

What We're Looking For

  • 100% travel nationwide (per diem & lodging provided).

  • Comfortable working at elevations up to 1,000 ft.

  • 5+ years in construction, including 2+ years in a leadership role.

  • Experience leading crews of up to 5 technicians.

  • Rigging & swing stage experience required

  • Ability to read blueprints and execute technical specifications.

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.

  • Hourly pay: $40-$45 + opportunities for overtime at time-and-a-half.
