Job TitleFull-Service General ContractorJob DescriptionMy client is a full-service General Contractor in the St. Louis Metro area. They focus on projects in the laboratory, pharmaceutical, commercial, and healthcare projects spaces. My client has an upcoming clean room expansion $25M pharmaceutical project. Candidate must be open to travel to the job sites full time.Coordinate field teams, consultants, and suppliers in the correct sequence so work progresses without delays.Create site-specific safety strategies along with emergency response procedures tailored to each project.Arrange and oversee inspections required by local authorities throughout the build.Develop, update, and manage the master project timeline and short-term planning schedules.Record daily site activities in a detailed written log to document project progress.Identify and resolve punch list items to close out the project successfully.Conduct early-stage planning, including job site logistics and identifying gaps or overlaps in scopes of work.Keep the project team informed on clarifications, design changes, and material approval processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. Experience working on $10M - $25M value projects
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, market conditions, and subcontractor trades
Proficiency in software and construction tools
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Highly organized with strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Ability to travel
