Are you an experienced Mechanical Construction Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We are partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor seeking a driven leader to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects across the United States.

What You'll Do
- Manage commercial mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations.
- Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field personnel.
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs, change orders, and profitability.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Travel to project sites as needed throughout the United States.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience.
- Background in commercial HVAC, piping, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Viewpoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar).
- Willingness to travel.
