Traveling Nuclear Medicine Tech

Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging equipment.

Minimum Requirements

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nuclear medicine technology.
• Current CNMT certification required.
• Active state license to practice nuclear medicine at time of submission. Compact license not acceptable.
• BLS certification.
• At least 6 months of nuclear medicine technologist experience required. Prefer 2 years' experience in a hospital setting.
• Experience performing routine nuclear medicine imaging procedures and operating gamma cameras and SPECT equipment.
• Willingness to participate in call rotation as required by the facility.
• All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission. All compliance documentation must be submitted one week prior to start.
• Facility will consider local candidates at a reduced rate (preferred).

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Days: Monday through Thursday and Friday.
• Shift Hours: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:30; Friday 08:00–14:00.
• Weekend Requirement: Call rotation.
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks.
